How Claime protects your information

Server-side secured submissions

Requests are handled through secured server routes before they are saved, helping keep form submissions away from direct public database access.

Row-Level Security enabled on database tables

Claime uses database access controls so public users cannot browse or edit request records from the website.

Admin access protected

Admin views are separated from public pages and protected so only the Claime team can review submitted requests.

No sensitive documents collected on the website during beta

During beta, users should not upload sensitive tax documents on the website. Detailed document collection continues through WhatsApp.

Final pricing is confirmed only after case review.
