Claime may collect your name, phone number, email address, city, service details, and tax-related request information that you choose to submit through our website.

How We Use Your Information

We use submitted information to understand your request, contact you, and provide tax filing or tax support coordination. This may include follow-up through WhatsApp, phone, or email.

Documents

Please do not submit sensitive documents on the website. Detailed document collection continues securely through WhatsApp after submission. The website intake flow helps identify which documents may be needed while professional tax support is available during beta.

Data Sharing

Claime does not sell user data. We may share relevant information only with support team members or qualified tax professionals when professional support is available during beta.

Analytics and Website Measurement

Claime may use optional Google Analytics after you accept analytics preferences. This helps us understand page views and feature usage, including free-tool usage. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, cities, PAN, GSTIN, invoice amounts, document details, support messages, or free-text notes to analytics.

Marketing Attribution Storage

Claime stores basic source and campaign information from links, such as source, UTM parameters, and referrer, in browser storage so we can understand which channels led to a submitted request. This attribution storage is separate from optional analytics consent and does not block website use.

Analytics Choices

You can reject non-essential analytics and continue using Claime normally. You can also change your analytics preference later from this page or the footer.

Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your submitted information by contacting Claime through the available support channels. We will review and process reasonable deletion requests.
